Please find attached a Synopsis and profiles of some of the main resources available within TCG and the resource pool available to handle the applications that need addressing in the various areas of security and risk management systems.

We would take this opportunity to point out that in several areas, the staff we engage are currently employed by various systems houses worldwide, and work with TCG on an "As Required" basis as associate consultants.

TCG propose to utilise these specialists to provide a unique insight into delivering turnkey projects for a very large and prestigious client base, and we have worked with major systems users and clients for a number of years, therefore are very familiar with:-

The systems in place.
The limitations.
The importance of "ACCOUNTABILITY" and audit trail
The Site health & Safety issues.
The procedures and processes required per application.

And the day to day issues that are essential to ensure that these type of projects are delivered in a professional workmanlike manner with "No Surprises" while making sure that the whole project is delivered on time, on Budget, with minimum disruption to all other parties associated with the project

Mick Crozier - General Manager TCG

Mick is the driving force behind TCG Consulting and he basically drew a line in the sand in November 2002.

Mick brings with him over twenty two years of experience, all associated with the full integration of Access Control, Security and CCTV and turnkey Security and Risk Management Systems. The Object for most of these systems being Full Accountability.

Having worked through all of the areas associated with the security industry, i.e Installer, Installation Supervisor, project Co-ordinator and project Manager, Mick elected to progress into Technical Support and project engineering for organisations such as the Chubb Group in Australia, Wormald Security Controls in Australia, and on his return to the UK & Ireland, for Cardax Europe as the distribution manager and technical support for the UK, Europe, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East.

Mick has been the Sales Director for JayNat - World of Solutions, and has worked as Part of the Confidence International Group specialising in RFID applications for the Airline Sector.

Mick has held positions such as:

Project Manager Major Systems Group

Chubb Electronic Security Australia - Sales Engineer Engineered Systems
Bid Manager Engineered Systems
Regional Manager Engineered Systems Group (Victoria & Tasmania)
Regional Manager Engineered Systems Group (Australia & New Zealand)

Mick has engineered systems and solutions for projects in Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, India, Pakistan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Iran, Angola, Nigeria, South Africa, Algeria, Czech Republic, Poland, Russia, Romania, CIS, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom and Ireland.

Mick is fully conversant with "World Class Systems", and all of the current generation technologies required to deliver turnkey projects, and has specialised in Integrated Systems, Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems, Fire Detection Systems, and the complete range of Access Control, CCTV, and Security Management systems available as current generation "state of the art" systems.

While at the Confidence/JayNat Group Mick also worked closely on Radio Frequency Identification Technology (RFID) for numerous applications within the Airline sector for baggage and passenger Handling, Recognition, Tracking and Reconciliation. Mick also applied this technology into a host of alternate applications associated with the security sector in relation to article and asset tagging and tracking, and access control applications.

Mick has approached projects from the perspective of "Applications engineering", and has had a comprehensive exposure to all aspects of not only the Access Control and Security sectors, but also the CCTV industry for Cameras, monitors, PTZ equipment, Video transmission and compression equipment and the complete range of Video management equipment available in the marketplace today.

While Micks role within TCG will see him heavily involved in the early stages of the projects, and indeed all projects that TCG will undertake, Mick is responsible for all of the initial setup, design, configuration, and specification of the application and the overall system, and the tender process to allow the setting up the project management and installation teams associated with each and every project.

Mick has the expertise to ensure that there are no "Grey Areas" associated with the project right from initial start up. Mick follows a philosophy of "No Surprises" and ensures that project delivery is on time and on budget.

To achieve this Mick has access to a pool of Resources to allocate to projects. Many of the following resources are in the first instance called on on an "As Required" basis, as many of the people assisting with the establishment of TCG as a consultancy organisation are still employed or contracted by various organisations in their specialist fields.

Mick is a fully indentured Electrical Engineer, and has Lectured at The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) on Risk Management Systems, and the practical use & Application of Technology for Access Control and Security applications.

During his employment with Chubb Australia Mick was also an industry representative forming part of a working group for the Australian Standards committee for Access Control and Security Systems for the Australia / New Zealand Standards Body.

As TCG Consulting evolves, the resource level will obviously be increased to cater for the demand, and more resources will be selected and recruited as required on a permanent basis. However at this point we must walk before we can run.

TCG have formed relationships with a number of associates, and these associates have a wealth of experience to draw upon. As a profile of the type of resources available, the following calibre of professionals are a typical cross section:-

Cass has been involved in the upgrading and re-engineering for such sites as The Old Bailey London, The Central Criminal Courts London, Custom & Excise, London Underground, Transport for London, Metropolitan Police Services, British Transport Police, Colleges & Universities & many of the City of London's more prominent and prestigious office buildings.

Obviously the above listing of resources and skill sets are required to embark on anyproject or address the overall requirementsfor any corporate client base or specific security application, but these "key players" as it were are all backed up by the necessary Administration and support staff that arerequired to ensure that as these operatives become involved with various projects that the backup, the documentation, the reporting functions and the programming of resources are implemented and followed through in a timely manner.

A key part to the successful implementation of any project is the timing and the programming of all of the specialist resources. Combine this with the drive and the knowledge of what needs to happen to ensure optimum performance and delivery of these projects and systems and we are well underway to the delivery of a successful project.

This can only be achieved through experienced professionals with a passion for their projects. This is mainly what TCG have assembled in relation to the group that we have put together. The Drive, The enthusiasm, the Experience, the passion, and the responsibility to see it throught to completion and to ensure we "Get it Right - The first Time".
